Therapy
Talking about personal and inner experiences, feelings and behaviours can bring challenge, to most people. It is this accompanied journey into that exploration that is, for me, the very nature of therapy. I view this special relationship as having a nurturing quality whilst also, at times, making available to the client, manageable challenge. I work in a way that provides conditions that will help and support that journey.
I am happy to speak with potential clients prior to making any commitment to therapy to see if my approach and way of working is a fit. The work provided by me is monitored and continually assessed.
My fees are £65.00 per hour. I do have some low cost places available for therapists in training.
Training
I’m an established and experienced trainer. Having delivered short courses and guest lectures in the UK, France, Finland and, Australia. Examples of my work can be found in the development of bespoke packages for industry, housing associations, local government, higher education, health and third sector organisations. My main area of expertise is in the field of relational and interpersonal training. Programmes run include:

Clinical Supervision
‘Supervision is a co-operative, facilitating process with a twofold aim. The first is to enable the student or worker ‘being supervised’ to develop as an effective working person. The second, related aim is to offer a forum in which the worker renders an account of herself in order to assure herself, and anyone else who may be requiring her to be accountable, that she is practising responsibly’.
